Issue: Unable to burn CD or DVD on Dell laptops E6400 E4300 or XPS models but its reading
Solution: Download the Intel Matrix Storage Driver and Application from Dell website according to your model and install it. After that your CD/DVD burner will get the facilty of burning. The new burners are coming on SATA ports and require Intel Matrix Storage Driver support to burn.
