Repair an .ost or .pst file in Outlook
If you are using Outlook 2007 to manage your emails. Outlook 2007 has a repair utility that may solve corruption problems; and it worked for me! If you installed Outlook 2007 using defaults, the repair utility can be found in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 and is named SCANPST.EXE

For solving out given problem one of the best way is outlook pst repair. It can restore corrupted mailboxes from any ms outlook version, tool doesn't modify outlook info after repairing, it works with big crashed or deleted pst files.
